Who You Are

  • Executing HODINKEE’s quality control process, including a company-defined inspection procedure for each watch
  • Implementing the intervention process as needed for watches that require reexamination by production teams earlier in the process

What You Will Do

Hodinkee is  looking for a talented and motivated individual to join HODINKEE as an e-commerce photographer, creating high-quality images.  Our E-commerce Photographer is an integral part of capturing and communicating HODINKEE’s visual and commercial identity. This is a highly operational full-time role that includes elements of photography, production efficiency, and quality control. 

The perfect person for this role naturally takes initiative in new environments – they are not afraid of asking questions and solving problems on the fly. This person should be organized, passionate about the difference details can make, and able to strike a solid balance in their work between high volume and high quality.

Who You Are

  • Facilitating the photography process of products on website
  • Edit photographs according to different brand standards for different platforms to achieve desired results.
  • Manage complex file system to keep HODINKEE photography organized and accessible.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (in Photography or related is preferred)
  • 2-4 years’ experience as a product and editorial photographer 
  • Great communication skills and ability to function effectively within a team.
  • Ability to follow consistent style and quality across a range of products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Interested in watches, with a desire to learn more.

Sales Director, Brand Partnerships/Advertising (New York)

What You Will Do

Hodinkee is looking for a Sales Director, Brand Partnerships/Advertising will be the single point of contact for all endemic watch and jewelry accounts. They will lead the account planning, identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key advertising decision-makers at agency and client levels throughout their client list. They will work collaboratively with the marketing team to identify new programs to engage existing clients as well as drive new business.

  • Acting as the single point of contact for category accounts.
  • Developing and managing meaningful client relationships at both client and agency.
  • Developing and managing short- and long-term account plans for named clients
  • Communicating and capitalizing on the entire Hodinkee universe of product offerings.
  • Leveraging industry-specific insights to grow Print, Digital, Social, Video, Branded Content, and Experiential revenue across all collections
  • Converting specified target accounts within the industry portfolio
  • Growing existing accounts via sell through of Digital, Video, Branded Content, and Experiential Ad Products
  • Providing accurate and timely business reporting, including revenue estimates, annual projections, and share of market analysis
  • Client entertaining (lunches, dinners, drinks, industry events etc…

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of experience of consultative integrated (multichannel) sales experience with demonstrated ability to navigate relationships with both clients and the agencies.
  • Jewelry and Watch Category expertise and existing client relationships. 

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business
  • Successful track record of (should include specific metrics – managing account list of X revenue; biz dev wins, etc.)
  • Ambitious, driven and a strong drive to beat targets, relentlessly positive attitude, high energy and incredible work ethic
  • Ability to partner well with internal teams to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
  • Detail oriented, great spoken and written communication skills and a passion for sales.
